Nature "Sierra de las Nieves" Natural Park This park, declared Reserve of the Biosphere by UNESCO, has an area or 18.592 hectares. Taking in the municipal areas or Istan, Monda, Parauta, Ronda, Tolox and Yunquera. Craggy mountains, chasms, caves and sheer ravines are the dominant features of this park. The GESM abyss is over 1.100 metres deep and is considered to be the third deepest in the world. It is the natural sanctuary of the pinsapo or Spanish Fir. Here we find a forest of this tree found only in this Serranía and Morroco. Other trees found are Gall Oaks, yew trees, maples, ash trees, Holm Oaks and Pines. Sierra de Grazalema" Natural Park Declared Reserve og the Biosphere by UNESCO it covers 51.695 hectares. The Pinsapo is the emblematic tree of the park. The limestone rock and heavy rainfall has given rise to a Karst ladscape or cliffs and caves featuring the Hundidero-Gato cave complex. Also can be seen several animals such as: vultures, mountain goats, roebucks, deers, . Here we find the largest wood or Cork Oaks in the Iberian Peninsula, together with plants thet are relics of the past ( holly tree, rhododendron etc. ). Here we find game in the form or deer and roebuck plus traditional economic activities and popular architecture. A perfect place to explore the cultural traditions of the Serranía. The Guadiaro Valley Here we find a flourishing industry built around the traditions or pork based products ( Benaoján and Montejaque ). Handicrafts of leather and cork ( Cortes de la Frontera ). Spectacular landscapes, traditions and craftsmen/women.
